The Aegys Care Circle model means every dementia care client has the same small, familiar team at every visit — a named key worker and dedicated carers who know the client's routines, preferences, triggers, and communication style.
Over time this consistency builds genuine trust and familiarity, which makes a material difference to the quality of each visit and the client's overall wellbeing.
Supporting famlies
Dementia affects the whole family, not just the individual. Aegys carers communicate regularly with family members, flagging any changes in condition or behaviour promptly. Families can access care notes digitally with consent, giving visibility and reassurance between visits.
Where a family carer needs a break, Aegys can provide respite visits or sitting services to give them time to rest, knowing their loved one is safe and well supported.

How to get started
A free home assessment is the first step. A senior member of the Aegys team visits to understand the individual's needs, stage of dementia, daily routines, and any specific concerns. A personalised care plan is created together with the client and family.
For non-complex dementia care packages, the service can typically begin within 24 to 48 hours of assessment.
