Our Service Standards (so you know what “good” looks like)
Rapid-Start Care: Assessment within 24 hours; care within 48 hours for non-complex needs.
On-time visits: We aim for on-time arrival within a 15-minute window (and we’ll always inform you of delays).
Communication: We return calls and emails the same working day; urgent concerns escalated immediately.
Medication safety: MARs reviewed weekly (or daily for complex regimens) with exception alerts.
Quality reviews: Formal care reviews every 6–12 weeks or sooner if needs change.
