Every client has a personalised care plan, developed following a free home assessment. The plan is reviewed regularly and updated as needs change.

This means the service can support people across the full spectrum of care needs — from personal care and companionship through to complex clinical support at home.
Every client receives care through the Care Circle model — a small, consistent team of familiar carers built around that individual. The same faces, every visit.
How to get started
Getting care started begins with a free home assessment. A senior member of the Aegys team visits at a time that suits, listens to the individual's needs and preferences, and creates a personalised care plan together with the client and family.
For non-complex care, the service can typically begin within 24 to 48 hours of assessment. For hospital discharge or complex packages, management oversight is provided from the first visit.
